Brsk was founded in late 2020 by Giorgio Iovino and Ian Kock, both former executives at Vumatel, with backing from founding investor Advencap. Netomnia, led by founding CEO Jeremy Chelot, was established earlier in 2019. In 2024, the two companies merged in a strategic move that formed one of the UK’s largest and fastest-growing alternative network providers.
The newly combined group operates as both a fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) infrastructure provider and a retail internet service provider (ISP), delivering services through its consumer-facing brands Brsk and YouFibre. Its primary focus is on urban and suburban areas across the UK.
